Winner of Multiple Awards for a Happy and Friendly Workplace

:::

TIPC has been awarded the HR Asia ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards’ for two consecutive years. This recognition highlights its excellence in corporate culture and employee management, and reflects the company’s strong commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) workplace. This year, TIPC also received recognition in its first-ever participation in the ‘DEI Awards’, demonstrating its efforts in promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace. The company outperformed the market average in key areas such as Organizational Culture (CORE), Employee Experience (SELF), and Team Trust (GROUP).

Besides, TIPC made its debut in the 2024 ‘Best Employer Brand Awards’ organized by 104 Job Bank and impressively won the ‘Best Talent Retention Awards’. It was the only state-owned enterprise to receive this recognition, highlighting the company’s long-standing efforts in sustainable talent development. TIPC’s welfare measures such as flexible working hours, job trainings, job transfer system, and support for continued education and training subsidies, demonstrate its commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance, which in turn increases employee satisfaction and loyalty.

TIPC was also honored with Gold Award in the ‘Trade & Distribution Industry’ category of 1111 Job Bank’s 2024 ‘Happy Enterprise selection’, which marks the fourth consecutive year the company has received this prestigious recognition since 2021. The award evaluates companies based on criteria such as employee benefits, labor relations, and corporate social responsibility (ESG), highlighting TIPC’s outstanding performance in fostering a happy workplace and fulfilling its corporate responsibilities.

In support of SDGs 8: ‘Decent Work and Economic Growth’, TIPC has introduced several family-friendly policies. For instance, employees with children under the age of 3 are eligible to apply for two hours of flexible working hours per day and a one-hour reduction in daily working hours, all with full pay. Starting in 2024, TIPC further enhanced its care for employees by offering an additional 1.5 hours of flexible working time per day to employees who are living with disabilities or major illnesses, pregnant, or with children under the age of 6.

TIPC also places great emphasis on employee career development, offering a wide range of training programs and growth opportunities to encourage proactive learning and support long-term career progression. In recognition of these efforts, TIPC was awarded the Excellence Award in the ‘Central Government Employee Learning System Incentive Program’ for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024). By investing substantial resources into employee training, TIPC not only enhances the professional competencies of its workforce but also strengthens employee loyalty and engagement.

In terms of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), TIPC continues to actively promote green port initiatives and implement measures to support vulnerable communities, while also striving to provide a positive work environment and growth opportunities for employees. Looking ahead, the company remains committed to its core values of ‘people-oriented and sustainable development’, aiming to build an even happier workplace and foster the mutual growth of the enterprise and its employees.
