Departments:
- President: Manages all TIPC operations and directs all TIPC personnel in accordance with related laws, the TIPC rules of incorporation, and decisions of the Board of Directors.
- Vice Presidents (eight):
- Vice Presidents (headquarters): These four Vice Presidents assist the TIPC President in his or her duties. These four positions include the Executive Vice President, Vice President for Business, Vice President for Engineering, and Vice President for Administration.
- Vice Presidents (subsidiaries): These four Vice Presidents manage, respectively, the daily operations and regular business of TIPC’s four subsidiary ports, which include the Port of Keelung, Port of Taichung, Port of Kaohsiung, and Port of Hualien. Subsidiary Vice Presidents report directly to the TIPC President.
- The company has a Chief Sustainability Officer in the sustainable development promotion office to manage sustainable development business; and a Chief Information Security Officer in the information security chief office to manage information security business.
- Departments: Department-level offices within TIPC include Planning & Development, Port Business, Harbor Operation Management, Investment, Information Technology, Construction Management / Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Finance, Human Resources, Civil Service Ethics, Accounting, Secretariat, Legal Affairs, and Public Affairs.
- Subsidiaries: TIPC subsidiary organizations include the Port of Keelung, Port of Taichung, Port of Kaohsiung, and Port of Hualien. Each subsidiary manages its own domestic and overseas business affairs.
