Company Introduction

TIPC Marine Corporation, Ltd. (TIPM) was established on October 16, 2014, with a paid-in capital of NTD 3.9 billion. TIPC owns 100% shares. TIPM’s main business projects are shipping related services in commercial port areas such as vessel entry and exit and berthing operations, and owns a ship repair factory to provide high-quality ship repair services. TIPM also provides offshore wind power O&M service such as CTV and barge. TIPM’s operating revenue in 2024 was NT$ 2.17 billion. Recognized via the Equity Method, TIPC’s investment profit in 2024 was NT$ 438 million.
