Company Introduction

PT. Formosa Sejati Logistics (FSL) was established on May 15, 2018, with a paid-in capital of USD 1.25 million. TIPC owns 34% shares. FSL mainly operates container distribution and logistics warehousing in Surabaya, Indonesia, and also provides container consolidation, container maintenance, inland and ocean freight, and third party logistics operations (integrated logistics). Recognized via the Equity Method, TIPC’s investment profit in 2024 was NT$ 2.9 million.
