In support of the Keelung City Government's "Public–Private Partnership Bus Shelter Adoption" initiative, the Keelung Branch adopted the Dockworkers’ Union bus shelter located behind West Wharf No. 2, near Keelung Port's largest cruise berth. Incorporating design elements such as cruise ships, mooring bollards, and waiting passengers, the project injected new vitality into an ordinary streetscape. Through creative design and lighting effects, the shelter evokes the visual impression of waiting for a "cruise ship to set sail," allowing commuting residents and visiting tourists to enjoy the atmosphere of a large cruise ship preparing to depart for the open sea while they wait.

To withstand Keelung's rainy, coastal environment, the shelter uses weather-resistant coatings commonly applied to high-speed rail car exteriors and laminated safety glass with excellent stain resistance, combined with flowing lighting effects creating a shimmering seascape effect visible from afar. TIPC skillfully combined corporate responsibility with urban landscape beautification, transforming a formerly function-oriented public facility into a showcase of port character, helping Keelung—a port city rich in maritime flavor and historical depth—set sail toward every corner of the world.
