TIPC Investment Businesses
In order to promote diversified development and expand business territory, TIPC has actively developed investment businesses since 2014, focusing on the main port industry such as harbor towage service and logistics warehousing, and land development around the port area to create higher economic value.
In addition, in accordance with offshore wind power policies, TIPC has developed related offshore wind power business such as “Talent training”, “O&M” and “Heavy-component transportation”. Meanwhile, in response to government’s New Southbound Policy and TIPC’s investment strategy, TIPC has worked with affiliates to explore countries in Southeast Asia with economic development potential and cargo sources, and deployed port-related and extended industries in ports, logistics and terminals in order to promote the diversified development.
TIPC now holds more than 20% of the equity in a total of 7 investment affiliates and subsidiaries.
